Falling In Love At a Coffee Shop: Landon Pigg

“If I didn’t know you, I’d rather not know. If I couldn’t have you, I’d rather be alone.”

Sometimes, it is possible to love so truly, deeply, and fiercely that the only thing more piercing and deep than the thought of losing that love is the repulsive notion that someone else will ever do for you. As Katy Perry said in “Thinking of You”, “How can I get better once I’ve had the best?”

A great love can seem like the very best love, the love of your life. But when you lose someone you love that much, for whatever reason, perhaps it is best to redirect that love to yourself, and be the very best you. Perhaps that love was the best for who you are now, and someone better awaits for the person that you might one day become.
